It's about being helpful, compassionate and knowledgeable while searching for a solution that best suits them. No two people are the same which means no two days are the same.

You don't know what you don't know. Everyone has a slightly different understanding of financial services and it surprises me where this information comes from for example generational, newspapers, magazines or social media and it is our job to fill in the missing gaps.

Coffee, I do enjoy a cup of coffee first thing in the morning before the day starts… and a comprehensive encyclopaedia of everything.If I have plenty of time on the island I enjoy reading, learning new things and hopefully some of the knowledge will help me survive!

To control time – this would enable me to spend more time with family and friends, pack more into the day and fast forward the boring bits like housework.
