What do you do at Stan Sherlock Associates?
I run the front desk and I also work on the Yorkshire Building Society.
What do you enjoy most about being a member of the business support team?
I get to do a little bit of everything. I enjoy the fact that I can help the team out with anything they need to make things run smoothly.
What has surprised you the most about working in Financial Services?
How different each client's individual needs are and all the ways the team works to achieve the client's goal.Our advisers and administrators will try all avenues to get the client what they need. I think I was most surprised about how personal it all is.
Describe yourself in 3 words?
Caring, honest, loyal.
Would your family use the same three words?
When I asked my daughter, she said: caring, loving and honest.
If you had to be shipwrecked on a deserted island, but all your human needs—such as food and water—were taken care of, what two items would you want to have with you?
I'd probably say my phone and charger so I could keep in constant contact with my family because I'd miss them all too much!
If you could choose any super power what would you choose and why?
The power to fly at super speed, I mean who wouldn't want to be able to fly anywhere in the world at the blink of an eye?
How can you help me?
I can help you by always being there for you. I am one of the first people you will see or hear, and I make sure your needs, and or requests are being dealt with.I help to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes by supporting the advisers and other business support staff. This enables your adviser to be free to do what they do best - help you achieve your goals!
